Meet Venus, a beautiful white German Shepherd, who was left by her owners to starve and die in the desert. Luckily, the people from Hope for Paws had different plans for her – she had to be rescued.
Although it took them nearly four months of constant care and efforts to gain her trust, they didn’t give up. And they really tried everything they could to rescue her.
Setting up humane traps was a failure because Venus avoided them successfully. The last and, as you’re going to see, the most successful solution was a tranquilizer gun. Venus was finally rescued and after the necessary medical care and much needed bath she is ready to be adopted. We keep our fingers crossed!
